The Design Subscription is a rolling monthly service that provides ongoing UX/UI, Product design and CRO support. Subscribers submit design requests on an ongoing basis and receive completed work within the agreed turnaround time.


  • Monthly fee - €2,999 / month


  • Billing - Upfront, start of each cycle


  • Active requests - 1 at a time


  • Turnaround - 2 to 3 business days


  • Revisions - Unlimited within scope


  • Pause - 1 pause per cycle, up to 2 weeks

Subscribers submit design requests via an agreed communication channel (Notion, Trello, email, or similar, confirmed at onboarding). Requests are worked on one at a time in the order they are received.


  • One active request at a time - a new request begins once the current one is completed or approved


  • Turnaround time - most requests are completed within 2–3 business days. Larger or more complex requests (full page redesigns, design systems, multi-screen flows) will be scoped with a longer timeline agreed upfront


  • Request clarity - the clearer and more detailed the request, the faster and more accurately it will be completed. Vague or incomplete briefs may require a clarification round before work begins

  • Wireframes and prototypes

  • Research, User and Stakeholder interviews

  • UX improvements and redesigns

  • Copywriting

  • Usability testing

  • CRO audits

Unlimited revisions are included within the agreed scope of each request. Revisions must relate to the original brief, requests that significantly change the direction or scope of a task will be treated as a new request.

The Design Subscription is capped at 2–3 active clients at any one time to ensure quality and focus. If we are at capacity when you enquire, you will be offered a place on a waitlist. Capacity is confirmed before any subscription begins.

Subscribers may pause their subscription once per billing cycle for up to 2 weeks. To pause, notify us in writing before the pause period begins. Unused days during a pause roll over to extend the current billing cycle by the same number of days. Pauses cannot be backdated.

  • The subscription begins on the date when the first payment is received, this becomes the start date of your billing cycle

  • The monthly fee of €2,999 is invoiced 2 weeks before the start of each new billing cycle

  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice issue this ensures payment is received before the next cycle begins

  • If payment is not received before the new billing cycle starts, work will be paused until the invoice is settled

  • VAT applies where required by Dutch law

If you cancel mid-cycle during the first 3 months of your subscription, you will be refunded the unused portion of that month on a pro-rata basis. To cancel, notify us in writing and the refund will be processed within 14 days.

After the first 3 months, no refund is issued for a billing period already paid. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel in writing before the next billing date.

10. Intellectual property

All design work produced under the subscription becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment for that billing cycle. Work produced in a cycle that has not been paid in full remains the intellectual property of Petra Bauer Digital Design and Consultancy until payment is received.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a separate NDA or confidentiality agreement is in place.

All design work produced under the subscription becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment for that billing cycle. Work produced in a cycle that has not been paid in full remains the intellectual property of Petra Bauer Digital Design and Consultancy until payment is received.

We aim to respond to messages and requests within 1 business day. Work is carried out on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays). Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays will be picked up on the next business day.

We reserve the right to terminate the subscription with 14 days written notice if:


  • Payment is consistently late or unpaid

  • The working relationship has broken down irreparably

  • Requests consistently fall outside the agreed scope


In the event of termination by us, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.

These Design Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and should be read alongside the General Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the General T&Cs, these Subscription Terms take precedence for subscription-related matters.
