We offer the following services:


  • Free mini CRO audit - a complimentary written report identifying 3 key conversion findings and actionable fixes for a single page


  • Full CRO & UX audit - a structured paid audit across six dimensions, delivered as a PDF report with a findings call (four tiers: Page Audit from €650, Funnel Audit, and Full CRO Sprint)


  • UX/UI design - user experience and interface design for websites, apps, and digital products


  • Product design - end-to-end product design including research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design


The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.

03. Quotes, agreements and subscription

  • CRO audit services are pre-priced and clearly listed on the relevant service page. Work begins upon receipt of the 50% deposit, no separate quote is required.


  • UX/UI and product design projects require a written quote before work begins. Work does not commence until the quote has been accepted in writing by the client and the 50% deposit invoice has been paid in full. Verbal agreements are not binding. All project scopes, timelines, and fees must be confirmed by email or written contract.


  • Design subscription is a rolling monthly service billed at €2,999 per month, invoiced upfront at the start of each billing cycle. There is no minimum commitment and you may cancel at any time.

  • Late payment: We reserve the right to pause work or withhold final deliverables if payment is overdue.

  • Currency: All fees are quoted and invoiced in Euros (€) unless otherwise agreed.

  • VAT: VAT applies where required by Dutch law. Our VAT number is NL004047487B70.

  • Cancellation before work begins
    If you cancel after paying the 50% deposit but before work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. This compensates for time reserved and any preparatory work undertaken.


  • Cancellation after work begins
    Once work has started, no refund is issued. The 50% deposit is retained and any additional work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced at the agreed rate.

  • Cancellation before work begins
    If you cancel after paying the 50% deposit but before work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. This compensates for time reserved and any preparatory work undertaken.

  • During the first 3 months

    if you cancel mid-cycle, you will be refunded the unused portion of that month on a pro-rata basis.


  • After 3 months

    no refund is issued for a billing period already paid. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before the next billing date.


    We recommend cancelling at the end of a billing period to make full use of the service you have paid for.

  • Funnel CRO audit: (up to 3 pages) typically delivered within 1 week; exact timeline confirmed before work begins and dependent on scope


  • Full CRO audit: (up to 6 pages) timeline will be confirmed in the written quote

  • Single design projects: (UX/UI, Product design) timeline will be confirmed in the written quote

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and use it for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where work is shown in the portfolio, we will not disclose any confidential client information.

If the project involves third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins), it is the client's responsibility to ensure appropriate licences are obtained and maintained.

We treat all client information, including business data, analytics, strategy, and project details as confidential. We will not share this information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where explicitly agreed (for example, with subcontractors under a confidentiality agreement).

  • We do not guarantee specific conversion rate improvements or business outcomes as a result of our work

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total fees paid for that project

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or profit
