I spent 20+ years living and working across Europe. That gave me a different lens, years of navigating cultures taught me to read context fast, notice what's unsaid, and adapt without losing rigour.

I work best with teams who want a thinking partner, not just someone to execute briefs. I care about the craft, I ask uncomfortable questions early, and I stay curious about the business behind every design decision.

My work sits exactly at the intersection of UX, Product design and CRO. I start with behaviour, not aesthetics. Digging into analytics, mapping friction points, and designing solutions that move real products.

Outside work: I value deep connections over surface-level anything, I trust my gut and I believe for every problem there is always a solution.
